    Milk Mondays

We are excited to announce that Milk Mondays are back! Milk Mondays is an event where students and staff can purchase a milk or chocolate milk carton and a delicious snack to start their week. All proceeds from this fundraiser will help fund our ECVS Grade 6 French Immersion Quebec Trip in June 2024, helping to cover transportation, accommodation and other trip expenses.

Please log on to Powerschool to complete the order form before 4:00 pm on November 2nd. No late orders will be accepted. Thank you for your support.

    Powerschool Verification

A reminder to please sign into your parent portal on Powerschool and fill in the Enrollment Verification form. This is very important to ensure that we have all the information required for the school year. You can find it at the bottom of the Navigation bar when you log into the parent portal.

    Cold Weather Clothing

With the snow starting to fall, please remember that it’s important to ensure students are dressed for the weather. This includes tuques, mitts, warm coats and proper footwear. Students are outside for recess and at the beginning and end of the day so please ensure that they are prepared to stay warm outside.

    Student Absences

To notify the school of an absence or to sign your child out; please complete the ECVS: Online Absence Reporting Form

    Updated Information

To ensure you are receiving pertinent information from the school please let the office know if you need to update your contact information including your phone numbers and email addresses.

    Student Drop-Off & Pick-Up

With over 900 people at the school each day, your help is appreciated to facilitate safe drop-offs and pick-ups.

    Ways to assist:

    • Follow the direction of our crosswalk supervisors
    • If using the drive-through, follow the direction of the green arrows during peak times
    • Do not block the driveways of neighbouring residents
    • Review bike, scooter, and pedestrian safety with your child
    • Have a planned meeting spot away from high traffic locations
    • Do not use the staff parking lot for drop-offs and pick-ups
