May 28th (Day 2):
- Grade 5 and 6 Track practice during the first recess in the far soccer field
- Junior High Track Day (for Track Team students)
- Fundraising Committee Meeting at 6:30pm and Parent Council Meeting at 7:30pm
- ÉSBCHS Performance 1:30 pm
May 29th (Day 3):
- Grade 3 and 4 Girls track practice (running) during the first recess at the far field
- Grade 2 (French) 1st Swimming lessons (11:00 to 12:00).
- Beaumont Fire Dept. visits Kindergarten
May 30th (Day 4):
- Grade 3 and 4 Boys track practice (running) during the last recess at the far field
- Grade 3 (French) 1st Swimming lesson (11:00-12:00)
May 31st (Day 5):
- Grade 5 and 6 Girls long jump tryout during the first recess at the sandpit

Student and Parent Portal
As teachers begin to enter grades and comments for the June Student Progress Reports, the availability for parents and students to view grades in PowerSchool will be disabled on Friday, June 7, 2024.
Parents and students will no longer have access to view grades in PowerSchool after June 7. Access to view grades will be enabled in the PowerSchool after the delivery of the progress reports.
If you require information regarding your child’s progress, please contact the teacher directly.

To assist with staffing and classroom planning, please notify the office if your child will not be attending ÉCVS for the upcoming school year.
School Supply Ordering for the 2024/2025 School Year is now open!

*Orders placed before June 1st, will be delivered to the school the last week of June and sent home with your child.
Alternatively, you can have the supplies shipped to your home for a flat fee of $10 per family order.

Spring Weather
Please pack an extra pair of pants and socks in your child’s backpack. As spring weather begins, there are many wet and muddy areas on the playground and we often have students coming in requesting a change of clothes.
It is also a great time to ask your child(ren) if their indoor shoes still fit, are in good condition, or need to be replaced.
