    Student Drop-Off & Pick-Up

With over 900 people at the school each day, your help is appreciated to facilitate safe drop-offs and pick-ups.

    Ways to assist:

    • Follow the direction of our crosswalk supervisors
    • If using the drive-through, follow the direction of the green arrows during peak times
    • Do not block the driveways of neighbouring residents
    • Review bike, scooter, and pedestrian safety with your child
    • Have a planned meeting spot away from high-traffic locations
    • Do not use the staff parking lot for drop-offs and pick-ups

    Cold Weather Clothing

Please remember that it’s important to ensure students are dressed for the weather. This includes tuques, mitts, warm coats and proper footwear. Students are outside for recess and at the beginning and end of the day so please ensure that they are prepared to stay warm outside.

    Student Absences

To notify the school of an absence or to sign your child out;  please complete the ECVS: Online Absence Reporting Form

    Updated Information

To ensure you are receiving pertinent information from the school please let the office know if you need to update your contact information including your phone numbers and email addresses.

    Spreading the Voyageur Spirit

If you have a child who has outgrown their Voyageur apparel and would like to share the school spirit with others, please send your clean apparel to school and bring it to Miss Thompson. We will be offering students, who may not otherwise have the opportunity, to choose an item to show their school spirit.

    Ski Club

ECVS is offering an after school Ski club to students in grades 5-9.  Students have the option online to rent gear or bring their own, buy a ski pass or bring their own, and lessons are available. If you’d like to register your child, please visit their online portal for full details.

Permission forms for the Feb 15th ski club trip will open on Jan 22nd and will close after we hit the maximum of 50 students or on Feb 8th at 11:59 PM.
