Year-End Principal’s Message:

Dear École Champs Vallée School Community,

As we reach the end of another wonderful school year, I want to take a moment to reflect on our shared successes and express my deepest gratitude to our entire school community.

We would like to thank all the parents for being such incredibly supportive partners in your child’s learning journey. Your encouragement at home, your presence at school events, and your ongoing collaboration with our staff have been vital to the growth and achievement of our students this year. We truly could not do this without you.

To any students and families who are moving on and leaving our school community, we wish you all the very best at your new schools. We are proud of the time you spent with us and hope you carry fond memories of École Champs Vallée wherever you go.

For all our returning students, we are already looking forward to opening our doors and welcoming you back at the end of August!

The end of the school year also brings changes to our staff.  Please join me in acknowledging and thanking the following individuals for their years of dedicated service to our school:

  • Mr. Brendan Wyant: We extend a huge thank you to Mr. Wyant for his leadership and support as our Assistant Principal. We wish him great success as he transitions to his new role at École J.E. Lapointe School.
  • Mrs. Sheri Gerhardt: Thank you to Mrs. Gerhardt for her passion and the wonderful impact she has had on our Grade 2 students. We wish her the absolute best as she moves to Robina Baker School.
  • Mr. Mark Kuntz: We want to express our sincere appreciation to Mr. Kuntz for his service and dedication to our school community.

As we say goodbye to some, we are pleased to welcome new faces to Champs Vallée next year. Please extend a warm welcome to:

  • Mr. Jake Hendrickson, who will be joining us as our new Assistant Principal, transferring from Thorsby Elementary.
  • Mrs. Kristina Corbett, who is joining from Horizon Heights.
  • Mrs. Natasha Pituskin, who will be joining us from Dansereau Meadows.

Have a safe, restful, and fun-filled summer break.

Regards,

Patrick Gamache Hutchison,

Principal

  • Do not block the driveways of neighbouring residents
  • Review bike, scooter, and pedestrian safety with your child
