  • Real Deal Meats orders are due on Wednesday. See PowerSchool for ordering details.

February 3rd (Day 2):

  • Wear PURPLE for the Stollery Children’s Hospital NO BOUNDS DAY and bring a toonie donation!
  • Rock Band practice from 3:15 - 4:30.

February 4th (Day 3):

  • Real Deal Meats fundraiser order #1 is due today!  Order #2 opens right away and will close on March 5th.

Ski Club at Rabbit Hill, Grades 5-9 

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We have two upcoming ski club dates! This is an after school event. Please sign in to Powerschool to sign-up and pay for your child to participate in Ski Club for the following Thursdays: February 12, & March 5, 2026. The deadline to register for the February 12th ski day is Monday the 9th.

  • Students bringing their own equipment must drop it off near the shed between 8:00 and 8:15 on the day of the ski trip. A staff member will be there to assist.

Schedule:

Depart ECVS by bus at 3:45pm to Rabbit Hill

Meet in the chalet at 8:10pm 

Depart Rabbit Hill at 8:30pm back to ECVS, arriving by 9pm

Students must have these mandatory items :

Helmet - all ECVS club participants MUST wear a helmet when skiing/snowboarding (can be rented)

Proper clothing - snow jacket, snow pants, gloves

Food - bagged lunch or money to purchase food from the cafeteria

The Terrain Park is OFF LIMITS

If a parent/guardian is able to volunteer their time at the hill AND/OR help transporting equipment with a truck from the school to the hill on these ski days, please email :[email protected]

Student Drop-Off & Pick-Up

With over 900 people at the school each day, your help is appreciated to facilitate safe drop-offs and pick-ups.

Ways to assist:

  • Please do NOT go straight across the road out of the drive-thru as it blocks vehicles behind you.
  • Follow the direction of our crosswalk supervisors
  • If using the drive-through, follow the direction of the green arrows during peak times
  • Do not block the driveways of neighbouring residents
  • Review bike, scooter, and pedestrian safety with your child
  • Have a planned meeting spot away from high-traffic locations 
  • Do not use the staff parking lot for drop-offs and pick-ups

Pink Shirt Day

Pink Shirt Day is an anti-bullying initiative that supports kindness and healthy self-esteem.  Show your support by wearing a pink shirt on February 25.
